This statement was first created on 16 November 2020. We endeavour to update it continuously as improvements are made for our customers.

The website's compliance with the WZG for the implementation of the requirements of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 was assessed in the form of an external test in accordance with WCAG 2.1 at conformity level AA. The purchase, purchase and cancellation of tickets, season tickets and shop products, as well as the display of information on a purchased trip, were checked as part of the WACA certification, see audit report. The page content of the entire application is subject to ongoing changes and enhancements. To take this into account, it is also continuously reviewed by employees. The checks are also carried out in particular by blind employees.
